The allergy business currently runs on fragmented Microsoft Access databases. Roughly six people enter data manually and generate labels and reports by hand. Network support is handled by unionized IT staff, with no dedicated developers.

Non-binding estimates
All pricing is CAD and represents ballpark estimates for planning. Component SOWs confirm final figures.
Support billing
Managed support is billed monthly on a 3-month term, renewable in 3-month periods.
Phase 2 pricing
The preliminary full-system range is replaced by a fixed price after the planning sprint.
Third-party costs
Cloud hosting, Odoo, and other third-party licensing are billed at cost and estimated separately during scoping.
